Ram Paul Khosla’s earlier days were of great struggle. As he fought for the survival of his family he made a decision. A decision that would create a new industry which would go on to involve tens of thousands of people.
Mr. Khosla created, manufactured and sold unique objects of art. Through his grit, hard-work and a focused vision, Mr. Khosla, along with his young brothers, started from the courtyard in their home this small business to create luxury. His creations were admired and desired by countless luxury stores around the world and soon Stalwart Luxury became a leader in industry that it had pioneered.
Mr. Khosla’s focus on achieving the highest quality in his products kept him passionately involved in his business up until his very last day at the age of 94.
Armed with a degree in Engineering from the United States of America, Mr. Lovy Khosla joined the business in 1991 with a purpose.
By now, Stalwart Luxury had been established as a manufacturer of high-quality luxury goods. Mr. Lovy Khosla leveraged this reputation and expanded the company by adding new product categories and state of the art modern manufacturing facilities.
His focus on team building, systems, and organizational plans, while keeping in mind the focus on producing products of the highest quality, drove the business to even greater heights. His unwavering dedication to fine details and quality initiated the production of super-luxury leather and fabric goods in India. Through his engineering skills, he developed efficient manufacturing methods and equipment to infuse automation in a traditionally handcrafted industry, achieving unparalleled quality and cost-efficiency
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Pepperdine University in California, Ishita started her own fashion styling start-up, Confidress, in India. After successfully launching and operating her own online start-up, she joined Stalwart.
Enthused with creative ideas, out of the box thinking and a modern marketing approach, Ishita has redefined the department of marketing and sales to enable further growth of the business. With a customer-centric focus, Ishita provides excellent communication, detail-oriented product development and on-time deliveries to all customers. Her creative ideas of adapting to new materials and product development is rapidly expanding Stalwart’s footprint globally.
Most notably, Ishita is leading the charge on innovation and sustainability throughout the company. These range from sustainable practices throughout the materials, processes, environment and community. Ishita is driven by ongoing improvements by maintaining efficient production systems, reducing unnecessary wastage and continuously finding means of conserving energy.
Operating from the London office, Ishita is expanding Stalwart Luxury reach by creating a global network.
